The Power Supply Cyclical Fluctuations of Overseas Mining Farms

Dear Bitdeer users,

Bitdeer has started to use a number of overseas mining farms in the United States. These farms in the United States can effectively diversify regional risks as well as guarantee the safety of users' assets. However, due to the local electricity policy, farms’ power supply shows cyclical fluctuations, and miner power supply and power outage will occur from time to time.

S17Pro plans and some of the subsequent BTC/BCH plans on sale are/will be deployed in overseas mining farms. Due to the particularity of the periodic power supply policy, compared with the previous plans, the power outage of the currently on sale BTC/BCH plans could be relatively frequent whereas last for a short time each time. 

For such power failure, the “1:1 postponed compensation” will be applied as always, which is if the power off for N hours, the mining time of the affected plan will be postponed for an additional N hours, no extra hash rate fee and electricity fee for the postponing hours. 

The compensation hours will be added automatically within 24 hours after the power recovers. 

And the actual compensation hours for each order might be different, please subject with the actual compensation hours on your "Dashboard-Hash Rate-Manage-Times Compensated”.
