I joined the program in 2023 as a Software Engineer, and its flexibility let me explore and eventually pursue a different role - Product Management. What stands out most about Graduate Talent Trainee program at Bitdeer is the ability to create impact and deliver value: if you’re driven and take ownership, opportunities open up fast. I’ve had different exciting opportunities from public speaking at international conferences to overseas travel for key events and projects. These experiences pushed me to grow quickly, both technically and as a communicator. Today, I’ve progressed to supervising interns and new employees, paying forward the mentorship I once received.

I truly appreciated the mentorship I received during the program—it prepared me well for a career in this industry. The rich learning opportunities and exposure to diverse projects helped me build strong technical skills and a holistic understanding of the field, serving as a great launchpad for my journey as a Data Analyst.

My experience in the GTT program has far exceeded my expectations—the opportunities for growth feel limitless. With incredible mentorship, exposure to impactful projects, and the chance to connect with industry leaders, I’ve developed a deeper understanding of the industry and advanced quickly in my career.
