SEALMINER A1 Reservation FAQ
For any FAQs regarding the SEALMINER reservation, please note that we will regularly update this list to include new information.
Do I need to complete KYC to reserve a SEALMINER?
KYC is currently not required to make a reservation for the SEALMINER. You can proceed with your purchase directly. However, to ensure a smooth purchasing process later on, we advise completing the KYC verification as per our guidelines at your earliest convenience.
What benefits come with making a reservation?
By making a reservation, you secure priority purchase rights, meaning your order will be dispatched earlier based on the order of payment. Additionally, you'll receive a $100 credit towards purchases of each mining unit, reducing your overall costs. This right is flexible; you can choose to exercise it in part, hold off for future use, or even transfer it to someone else.
What are the specifications of the miner?
According to our testing, the SEAL01 chip (featured in our SEALMINER A1) has demonstrated an energy efficiency of 18.1J/TH. We will release more detailed specifications of the SEALMINER A1 soon. Please stay tuned for updates.
Is there a limit on how many miners I can reserve?
No, there is no limit on the number of miners you can reserve.
Can I redeem more than one $100 credit per miner?
No, each $100 credit is applicable to one miner only, and each miner is eligible for only one such credit.
What payment methods are accepted for the reservation?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Digital Currency Payment: BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20, ERC20, OMNI), USDC (TRC20, ERC20), USDV (ERC20).
- Wire Transfer: GLDB Bank.
- Third-party Payment Platform: PayPal (for orders under $100,000 only).
- Orders under $100, Bitcoin (BTC) and wire transfer payment unavailable.
Is the reservation fee of $0.99 refundable?
The reservation fee of $0.99 is non-refundable but transferable. It can be exercised in part. If the priority purchase right is not used within the allocated time, it will move to the end of the queue. This reservation right is valid for 365 days. For more details, please refer to the Bitdeer Product Reservation Agreement.
When will the SEALMINER A1 be shipped?
We project shipments of the SEALMINER A1 will begin in August 2024.
