Thank you for your ongoing trust and support for Bitdeer. Bitdeer aims to operate in compliance with laws and regulations and is committed to providing the most trusted miner sharing plans and a first-in-class service.
Due to global environmental policies, the electricity supply is facing increasing pressures which will impact the price of electricity. As a result, the electricity cost of Bitdeer’s mining farms including those in North America and Europe has been continuously rising.
In the face of market changes and to ensure a robust, secure and reliable service for our users, Bitdeer will adjust the price of electricity for Cloud Hash Rate Plans and Cloud Hosting Plans with immediate effect. Bearing the motto of “user first”, we will provide coupons to affected users to fully protect their interests and rights.
Bitdeer will continue to explore new resources and optimize its operation costs, and make open and transparent electricity fee adjustments according to market conditions. In the event that the electricity price decreases, We will make timely adjustments to optimize your costs as well.
