Building a Foundation for Continued Growth

The company is making a significant investment to establish a flagship manufacturing and assembly facility in Reno, Nevada, which will create around 70 skilled, full-time jobs in its initial phase.  

In practice, this facility fundamentally transforms Bitdeer from a supply-chain-dependent operator into a vertically integrated manufacturer. As its Chief Strategy Officer, Harris Basit, explains, “domestic manufacturing is no longer optional—it is a foundational capability for ensuring reliability, scalability, and competitiveness in today’s environment.” 

By establishing domestic production of its hardware, the company is reshoring critical high-tech skills such as circuit board (PCBA) manufacturing and system assembly, reducing its reliance on foreign suppliers and shielding its operations from geopolitical volatility. This ensures that American workers and communities remain indispensable to the future of global digital infrastructure.
