• Hydro-cooled miners are dispatched without power cables by default.

- Cumulative purchase amount: calculated based on the total value of mining machines purchased directly from Bitdeer within 36 months, which have been shipped and paid for (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and other charges).
- Tier upgrade and discount backdating: if a customer is upgraded, the exclusive discount will be backdated in the form of a coupon. Coupons will be dispatched to the customer’s account at the earliest possible time. Example: when a Tier D customer is upgraded to Tier C, a coupon worth USD 500,000 × 0.5% = USD 2,500 will be dispatched.
- The membership discount applies solely to the merchandise value of mining machines. Priority rights and shipping fees are excluded from the discount calculation.
- Bitdeer reserves the right of final interpretation regarding coupon usage rules and membership tier evaluation.
After-sales Policy
• BITDEER guarantees a 365-day warranty starting from the shipment date. During the warranty period, users must cover the shipping cost for repairs, while BITDEER will cover the after-repair shipping cost.

Any unauthorized changes to the settings or other actions without BITDEER's consent will void the warranty, and BITDEER will not be responsible for any resulting losses thereafter.
