Bitdeer's July update shows 35% self-mining hashrate growth to 22.3 EH/s via SEALMINER deployment, on track for 40 EH/s by October. SEALMINER A3 passed validation for mass production, while R&D begins on next-gen SEAL04 chips (targeting 5J/TH). Global capacity expanded by 259MW to 1,257MW, with new Norway/Bhutan sites energized and Texas hydro-cooling farm operational.

Soluna will host relocated Bitcoin miners from Galaxy's Texas facility, expanding Project Kati 1 to 83MW. Galaxy is repurposing its Helios site for AI/HPC applications. The partnership follows Galaxy's Q1 2025 debt financing to Soluna. The first 35MW phase of Kati 1 is set for completion this summer.

Layer-1 blockchain Qubic declared it achieved 51% control of Monero's hashrate after a month-long effort, triggering a six-block chain reorg that invalidated 60 blocks. While Qubic calls this a successful attack, Monero's community remains skeptical, with some disputing whether this constitutes a genuine 51% takeover.

Cango acquired a Georgia-based Bitcoin mining facility for $19.5 million, marking its first owned mining site. The 50MW facility will allocate 30MW to self-mining and 20MW to third-party hosting. The move aims to boost operational efficiency and develop in-house mining expertise.

Northern Data shareholders may exchange shares for Rumble Class A stock at 1:2.319 ratio, securing 33.3% stake in merged entity. The firm concurrently signed a non-binding deal to sell Bitcoin mining division Peak Mining to Elektron Energy for up to $235M, per Theminermag.
