Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR) has officially launched its next-generation Bitcoin miners, the SEALMINER A3 series. The new lineup features four models: A3 Pro Air, A3 Pro Hydro, A3 Air and A3 Hydro. Specifically, the A3 Pro Air and A3 Pro Hydro models reach a power efficiency of 12.5 J/TH, while the A3 Hydro stands at 13.5 J/TH and the A3 Air at 14 J/TH.

On September 12, Bitdeer (Nasdaq: BTDR) reported a 35% MoM increase in self-mining hashrate to 30 EH/s and 375 BTC mined in August (+33%). 27.8 EH/s of SEALMINER A2 rigs have been manufactured, with 18 EH/s deployed across the U.S., Norway, and Bhutan. SEALMINER A3 is near mass production, while A4 aims for 5 J/TH chip efficiency. Bitdeer.AI cloud revenue hit $8M ARR in August, with further growth expected in Q4. Major infrastructure expansions are underway to support the 40 EH/s target.

Bitdeer Technologies Group (Nasdaq: BTDR) has announced a cleanup redemption of all its $7.7 million outstanding 8.5% convertible senior notes due 2029. The redemption will take place on September 23, 2025, at 100% of the principal amount plus accrued interest. Holders may convert their notes into Bitdeer Class A shares before 5:00 p.m. (NYC time) on September 19, at a rate of 127.9743 shares per $1,000, reflecting a 10.9536-share incentive due to the early redemption. Bitdeer will settle conversions in shares plus cash for fractional shares. Interest ceases after the redemption date.

Canaan Inc. has partnered with Luxor Technology to provide non-dilutive financing for institutional Bitcoin miners, starting with a major transaction that enabled a U.S.-based miner to acquire more than 5,000 Avalon A15 Pro ASIC miners. This partnership allows Luxor to offer flexible equipment financing with low collateral requirements, aiming to reduce capital barriers for institutional-scale operations. Both companies see this collaboration as part of a broader strategy to support the next wave of industrial mining growth amid volatile market conditions.

Ocean Mining confirmed that block 913272 was discovered by a solo miner using a Nerdminer QAxe++ with just 5 TH/s hashrate. The miner, @snednode, used Start9labs infrastructure and the DATUM protocol via Ocean’s decentralized setup. Experts say this rare success—statistically expected once in over 3,500 years—highlights the power of decentralization and solo mining’s potential.
